- The candidate must be a permanent resident of District Rawalpindi.
- The age limit is 18-25 years. A relaxation of 5 years in the age limit will be given.
- For ex-servicemen, a relaxation of 15 years in the age limit will be provided.
- After appointment, no candidate will have the right to challenge their placement in any court.
- All employees will be subject to the Civil Service Act 1923 (as amended).
- All documents must be verified by the relevant authority. In case of any false or fake documents, the candidate will be discharged, even if selected.
