Job Description
NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) has announced Call Center Agent jobs in Islamabad for skilled and experienced professionals. The organization is seeking candidates capable of handling customer inquiries, complaints, billing issues, and technical support through calls and emails.
This role involves shift-based work to provide round-the-clock customer support. Selected candidates will initially be appointed on a three-year contract, with the first 16 months on probation, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.

Job Requirements
Position: Call Center Agent (01 Vacancy)
Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
Maximum Age Limit: 28 years (age relaxation of 5 years already included)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Prior experience in:
Call center or customer service
Billing inquiries and complaint handling
Technical support (preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer complaints via phone and email
Active listening, empathy, and patience
Proficiency in:
MS Office
VICIDIAL / Call Center applications
Fast and accurate typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls professionally
Medical fitness and character certificates required
NOC mandatory for government/semi-government employees
