Description
Prime Resources Company is hiring an experienced OS & H Officer (Occupational Safety & Health Officer) for a senior role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on managing and enforcing construction site safety, OSH management systems, inspections, reporting, and risk mitigation in line with 5 Star OSHS standards.
The selected professional will work closely with contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, review loss prevention programs, and respond proactively to site safety risks.
Requirements
Experience: 10–16 years in OSH / HSE roles
Education:
B.S. Degree or Diploma in:
Fire & Safety
Environmental Protection
Chemical Engineering
Or other relevant safety qualification
OR MBA / PG Diploma (HR / Industrial Relations)
OR M.Phil in Health & Safety
Strong experience in:
Occupational Safety & Health Management Systems
Construction and project site safety management
Safety inspection, audits, and reporting
Mandatory / Preferred Certifications:
ISO 45001:2018 OS&HMS
5 Star Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental Systems
NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH
First Aider certification
