Role Overview

  1. Recruitment and Admissions: Manage advertising for PhD studentships, handle inquiries, process applications, and coordinate interviews and open days.
  2. MRes and PhD Support: Act as the main contact for CDT inquiries, oversee training courses, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Director Support: Assist with administrative tasks and maintain updated records to support the CDT Director.
  4. Financial Administration: Track budgets, process expenses, and liaise with finance offices and industrial partners.
  5. Project Coordination: Organize board meetings, issue agendas, manage minutes, and address any project issues that arise.
  6. Events and Marketing: Coordinate events, update marketing materials, manage budgets, and communicate with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
