Qualifications:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with CA/ACCA/CPA/ACMA/MBA Finance from a reputed local or international institute.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, and designing internal control procedures. Experience in public/private sectors focusing on governance, risks, and SOEs or Public Sector projects is preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 55 years on the closing date of application.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of regulations, laws, and public sector policies.
- Experience in IT or ERP-based corporate environments and reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
Contract and Benefits:
- Performance-based 3-year contract with market-competitive compensation aligned with BPS-19.
- Extendable based on performance and board approval.
