- Download the submitted application form and attach attested copies of the following documents:
- Matriculation certificate (Science group)
- Intermediate certificate (Pre-Medical)
- MBBS degree
- Marksheets for all professional MBBS examinations
- MBBS attempt certificate
- Valid PMDC registration certificate
- House job certificate (verified by the relevant institution)
- Experience certificate (verified by the relevant institution)
- Domicile (Punjab)
- CNIC
- Passport-size photographs
- University position certificate (if applicable)
- CPSP passing certificate for FCPS Part I
- Submit the printed application form along with the required documents to the Medical Superintendent’s Office during working hours by December 14, 2024.
Important Notes:
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Applications submitted via means other than the online portal will be rejected.
- Stipends will be paid as per the CPSP regulations during the training period.
- Merit will be determined following the guidelines of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab, and the Central Induction Policy.
