Dhofar Global is looking for a motivated and dynamic Van Salesman to join their team in Dubai. As part of the sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Dhofar Global’s high-quality hygiene and cleaning products to clients across various sectors, including FMCG, Horeca, and B2B. The role involves direct interaction with customers, helping you to build long-term relationships while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a company vehicle for product deliveries to customers in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products and closing sales during visits.
- Manage inventory on the vehicle to ensure products are stocked and organized for delivery.
- Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and customer prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries and product demonstrations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance forecasts.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in van sales or field sales, especially in FMCG, Horeca, or cleaning products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Target-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
