Eligibility Criteria
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Age Limit: 50-60 years
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in public services.
- Proven expertise in handling large-scale construction and social development projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in the health sector will be preferred.
2. Secretary Company
- Age Limit: 45-55 years
- Education:
- Member of a recognized professional accountancy body (ICAP, ACCA, etc.), OR
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA), OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, OR
- Law graduate.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of State-Owned Enterprises Governance, Public Sector Companies Rules, and corporate governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and legal drafting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
