Job Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
Payroll Management:
- Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Tax Compliance:
- Handle VAT filing and tax documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and records.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Record Keeping:
- Organize invoices, receipts, and business transactions.
- Ensure all documents are filed properly for auditing purposes.
Communication:
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
- Handle correspondence and administrative documentation.
Job Requirements
- Required Skills: Accounts & Administration Executive
- Experience: 1-2 Years (Experience in the UAE & Trading Industry Preferred)
- Accounting Software: Experience working on Tally
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
