Description
Job Stocker presents a Gulf career opportunity in UAE for highly experienced MEP professionals. Fletcher Piccolo Associates DMCC is hiring a Senior MEP Manager to lead high-value MEP projects across multiple construction developments in Dubai. The role includes overseeing design, execution, testing, commissioning, handover, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with QHSE standards across airports, high-rises, malls, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and industrial facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent with 25+ years of MEP construction and project management experience in the UAE. Proven experience delivering mega-scale projects (AED 500M–4BN), coordinating with UAE authorities (DEWA, DCD, DM, ADDC, ADCD), project planning, cost control, value engineering, KPI monitoring, and QHSE compliance. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, problem-solving, communication, and accountability skills required. English required; Arabic optional.
Salary & Benefits
AED 35,000–40,000 ($9,451–$10,801) per month. Benefits include health insurance, professional development, annual leave, performance incentives, and other company perks.
