This role involves handling customer complaints and queries over calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses, following up on pending issues, maintaining logs and records, assisting with technical issues, supporting banking system integrations, and performing additional tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
Technical Skills: Computer literacy, basic troubleshooting, reporting skills
Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, problem-solving, active listening
Language Preference: English and Urdu required; Arabic preferred
Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
