Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage and oversee quasi-judicial proceedings of the Commission. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct and manage quasi-judicial proceedings in accordance with statutory procedures.
- Handle and maintain case files from initiation to final resolution.
- Draft showcause notices, hearing notices, and other legal documents.
- Represent the Commission before courts and tribunals as needed.
- Ensure compliance with the Competition Act, 2010 and related regulations.
- Liaise with legal departments and external stakeholders for effective coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for CCP Joint Registrar Jobs 2025 must meet the following educational and professional requirements:
- Minimum LLB degree from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign university.
- Preferably an LLM or Barrister-at-Law qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in legal drafting, adjudication, or procedural law (8 years for Master’s degree holders).
- Experience as a Civil Judge or in a quasi-judicial role will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, administrative law, and competition law.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
