Description
Prime Resources Company is hiring a Cost Engineer / Cost Accountant for a senior-level position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on end-to-end project cost control, contractor invoice review, budget monitoring, and financial reporting across large-scale projects.
The selected candidate will collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to ensure cost targets are met, progress payments are accurately forecasted, and capital budgets are effectively managed.
Requirements
Experience: 10–16 years in cost engineering, cost accounting, or procurement
Bachelor’s Degree acceptable to the company
Strong background in:
Project cost control and budgeting
Contractor progress invoice analysis and processing
Forecasting progress payments and accrual reporting
Cost tracking and financial reporting methodologies
Experience in project scheduling and invoice processing
Procurement candidates must have:
Supplier negotiation experience
Knowledge of payment terms and delivery schedules
Ability to create, monitor, and manage purchase orders
