Description
A leading confidential construction company in Saudi Arabia is hiring experienced Fabrication Shop Supervisors for night-shift operations in Ras Al Khair. The role involves supervising fabrication activities for plant and industrial construction projects while ensuring productivity, safety, and quality compliance.
This position is suitable for candidates with strong hands-on experience in structural steel and plant fabrication, capable of managing teams and delivering work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Fabrication discipline
8–15 years total experience, including 5–8 years in fabrication supervision
Proven experience in plant or industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of structural steel and fabrication shop activities
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, WPS, and ITPs
Night-shift supervisory experience preferred
Valid Saudi IQAMA with Local Transfer availability (mandatory)
Any nationality may apply
