Description
Seerah Operation and Maintenance Company is hiring an experienced Facility Maintenance Foreman – Mechanical for its industrial operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This senior role involves supervising mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, managing spare parts, and leading mechanical teams in a plant or steel-industry environment.
The position requires strong hands-on expertise in preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, diagnostics, and mechanical system optimization, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
10–16 years of total experience in mechanical maintenance
Minimum 5 years as Mechanical Foreman and 10 years in leadership roles
Prior experience in steel plant or industrial facility maintenance
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Experience with pumps, compressors, conveyors, and heavy equipment
Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and specifications
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, hoists, and cranes
Basic English communication skills
Indian nationality required
