Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Required: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preferred: Professional certification such as CA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in internal auditing, risk management, or financial controls (preferably in healthcare or the public sector).
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior managerial role within an internal audit department.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of internal auditing standards (IPPF framework).
- Expertise in healthcare financial management and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in audit planning, risk management, and internal controls.
- Data analytics proficiency for audit effectiveness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Familiarity with public procurement laws, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
- Understanding of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI Act and relevant public sector rules.
Age Limit:
- As per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government guidelines.
