Eligibility Criteria

The required qualifications and experience for these positions are as follows:

• Registrar & Controller of Examinations (BPS-20):
  • PhD, FCPS, MD, or equivalent qualification.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Age Limit: 30-50 years.
• Additional Registrar (BPS-19):
  • PhD or equivalent.
  • 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Age Limit: 30-45 years.
• Deputy Auditor (BPS-18):
  • CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance).
  • 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Age Limit: 25-45 years.
• Deputy Controller of Examinations (BPS-18):
  • MBBS, BDS, or equivalent qualification.
  • 10-12 years of experience.
  • Age Limit: 25-45 years.
• Assistant Treasurer (BPS-17):
  • CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA (second division).
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Age Limit: 22-35 years.
• Assistant (BPS-16):
  • Bachelor’s Degree (second division).
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge.
  • Age Limit: 18-25 years.

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications along with:

• Attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, domicile, and fresh passport-size photographs.
• Bank draft/pay order of Rs. 5000/- for BPS 19 & 20, and Rs. 2500/- for BPS 16-18 in favor of the University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore.
• Submit your application to the Registrar’s Office, Admin Block, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore.

Important Notes

• The last date to apply is 21st September 2024.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
• Screening test fees for Assistant (BS-16) will be Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable).
