MIA Group requires the following staff for HVAC related projects in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

| Site Incharge | B.E (Mechanical)/B.Tech with 5 year experience |
| Supervisor | DAE (RAC)/B.Tech with 5-7 year experience |
| BMS Operator | DAE Electronics/Electrical with 2-5 year experience |
| Operator/Technician | DAE (RAC) with 3-5 year experience |
| Asst Operator/ Technician | DAE (RAC) Fresh or experienced |
| Graphic Designer | 2-5 year experience, expertise in designing tools. Experience in digital marketing and web development is a plus. |
