Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans to streamline the organizational structure.
- Implement systems for productivity enhancement and effective project management.
- Establish a merit-based performance and compensation management system.
- Oversee supply chain management and improve service operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all statutory provisions and regulations.
- Lead the expansion of the transmission network while ensuring reliability performance targets are met.
Qualification and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 20 years of professional and managerial experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role, such as CEO/Managing Director.
- Experience in power transmission, distribution, or consulting is highly preferred.
- Must meet the “Fit and Proper Criteria” set by the SOES Act 2023.
Contract Term and Remuneration:
- The initial employment contract will be for three years, extendable by mutual agreement.
- A competitive, market-based remuneration package will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and competence.
- If a government employee is selected, they will be required to resign or seek early retirement.
