About the Organization
The Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO) operates under the Ministry of Defence Production, Government of Pakistan. DEPO plays a vital role in promoting Pakistan’s defence exports and supporting the local defence industry in reaching global markets. In line with its strategic goals, DEPO is establishing a Project Management Team to strengthen and advance its mission of export development and industrial collaboration. Applications are invited from competent, qualified, and result-oriented professionals for various contractual positions.
Available Job Positions
DEPO is currently hiring professionals for the following positions on a one-year contractual basis (extendable annually based on performance and project milestones):
- Marketing Manager / Executive
- IT Specialist (Digital Systems & AI / Website Management)
- Legal Specialist (Contract Management)
- Financial Specialist (Mega Project Management)
- Technical Construction Specialist (Planning & Execution)
- Trade Specialist
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility requirements for each post are as follows:
1. Marketing Manager / Executive
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 5–8 years of experience in event marketing, exhibitions, or space sales.
- Experience in defence exhibitions or export promotion is preferred.
2. IT Specialist (Digital Systems & AI / Website Management)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT systems development or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of AI-based analytics or automation tools is advantageous.
3. Legal Specialist (Contract Management)
- LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred, especially in Commercial or Corporate Law.
- 7–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or PPP projects.
4. Financial Specialist (Mega Project Management)
- CA, CFA, ICMA, ACCA, or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- 7–10 years of experience in financial modeling, PPP structuring, or project finance.
5. Technical Construction Specialist (Planning & Execution)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 10 years of experience in large-scale project planning and execution.
6. Trade Specialist
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, Commerce, or International Trade.
- 5–8 years of experience in import/export processes, customs, or logistics.
General Terms & Conditions
- Maximum age limit: 50 years.
- All educational certificates must be HEC verified on demand.
- Compensation is market-based and negotiable depending on experience.
- Positions are project-based contractual roles with no permanent employment rights.
