This is a full-time employment opportunity where you will oversee procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and strategic purchasing for janitorial and facilities management products within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligning with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to source and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Manage purchasing processes and ensure inventory optimization.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and budgets.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and cost-saving measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the FMCG or facilities management sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
