The role requires a high-performing professional capable of achieving monthly targets, managing client relationships, and promoting luxury waterfront properties in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through direct clients and broker networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
- Convert direct leads into successful sales and manage a network of real estate brokers.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions and promotional events.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and reporting.
- Deliver compelling presentations on luxury waterfront properties to potential buyers.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and professional email communication.
- Valid UAE driving license.
