Job Overview
LNR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the hospitality sector. The selected candidate will oversee luxury hotel projects, managing both pre- and post-contract phases. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and a deep understanding of UAE market regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of hospitality projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee pre-contract activities, including feasibility studies, planning, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Handle post-contract execution, ensuring construction quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, contractors, designers, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and sustainability standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage client relationships effectively.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Implement best practices in project governance, reporting, and documentation.
- Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management within the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience in PMC roles, handling pre- and post-contract phases.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, FIDIC contracts, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial expertise in cost management, budgeting, and value engineering.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams and high-profile clients.
