Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Chief Financial Officer role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Qualifications: Member of an organized body of professional accountants.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including at least five years in a senior management role.
- Expertise: Broad knowledge in finance, investments, and treasury operations.
- Skills:
- Strategic planning
- Financial management
- Risk management
- Investments and analytical skills
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements in the power sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years as of the closing date for applications.
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with the Fit and Proper Criteria as per the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
- Pakistani citizenship is mandatory.
- Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
- False or forged information may lead to disqualification.
