About the Organization
The Universal Service Fund (USF) Company is a leading public-sector organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT), Government of Pakistan. Established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 (formerly Companies Ordinance 1984), USF aims to promote digital inclusion and bridge the connectivity gap across Pakistan. It empowers communities through IT and telecom services, aligning with the Government’s Digital Pakistan Vision.

The Universal Service Fund (USF) invites dynamic and result-oriented professionals to apply for the following positions:
- Deputy Manager / Expert Internal Audit
- Driver

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following basic requirements before applying for Universal Service Fund Jobs 2025:
- Applicants must be Pakistani citizens.
- Educational qualifications and experience vary according to the post.
- For Deputy Manager / Expert Internal Audit, a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline with professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA) and audit experience is preferred.
- For Driver, a valid driving license and relevant field experience are required.
- The maximum age limit for employment is 60 years (as per company policy).
Selected candidates will be appointed on a three-year contract, extendable by mutual consent as per company policy.
